SIERRA VISTA  — After opening its doors two years ago, local charter school Leman Academy of Excellence will be celebrating a groundbreaking ceremony for a new addition tomorrow. The 22,000-square-foot addition will bring 12 new classrooms, restrooms, a stage for performances and a full-sized gymnasium to the school, located at 1000 E. Wilcox Drive in
